A Matter of Attitude

Interpreting Your Total Score:

If your total score is between 22-26: This score suggests a very upbeat and positive attitude about life in general. You enjoy people and your perception of your environment reflects a high level of self-esteem. You have what it takes to achieve any of your goals and work effectively with others – all YOU have to do is make the effort! Change only happens when you act. Your attitude is a “Can Do” attitude.

If your total score is between 14-22: This score suggests there’s room for improvement. You are still relying on external sources of motivation as a means of making yourself happy. Work on owning your own perceptions. Try not to see the glass is half empty but focus (via thinking) on finding a water fountain. Don’t be afraid to treat yourself better. Keep cleaning the lens you use to view life by looking for the small pleasures and gifts. There is plenty of room for a more productive attitude. Look inward. Trust your potential.

If your total score is between 0-13: This score suggests a significant amount of negativity in your perception of life. Until you change the way you look at your environment, your glass will always be half empty. Remember, the energy you put out there is the energy you get to draw from! You do care about you – or you wouldn’t be reading this book! Believe you deserve happiness.
